It is responsible for redacting the P.S.A.I. (Piani Stralcio per L’Assetto Idrogeologico) and to guarantee its updates through landslide reshaping survey. This is undertaken through reporting submitted from the local authorities within the relevant drainage basin. The objective of this research is to optimize the landslide susceptibility assessment in the P.S.A.I. redacting and their updates. The Autorita di Bacino implement the susceptibility assessment of landslide events through GIS technologies, employing spatial analysis techniques based on Boolean algebra (overlay). This study proposes a new methodology to improve the resolution (quality) of the landslide susceptibility, based upon the Machine Learning Approach. The ARCHAEO.ProDi.M.uS and ADAMJI projects are intended to support the Italian archaeological act... more The ARCHAEO.ProDi.M.uS and ADAMJI projects are intended to support the Italian archaeological activities carried on in Sistan in the 1970s and at the Friday Mosque of Isfahan both in the 1970s and between 2003 and 2010. The data collected in all the excavations are stored in a spatial geodatabase and managed by WebGIS. This method of managing and collecting archaeological data and multimedia allows spatial research of images and spatial correlations between semantic elements such as archaeological data from excavations that otherwise could not be chronologically and stratigraphically related.
