This research was conducted to reveal things related to symbolic war, ranging from the forms of s... more This research was conducted to reveal things related to symbolic war, ranging from the forms of symbolic war, the mechanism for the occurrence of symbolic war, as well as the reasons that led to the occurrence of symbolic war. The research on this symbolic war focused on the discourse on the extension of the Community Activities Restrictions Enforcement (CARE). The theory used in this research is Norman Fairclough's theory of critical discourse analysis and Pierre Bourdieu's symbolic war theory. This research is qualitative. The data in this study are in the form of words, clauses, sentences or narratives that were documented from media articles on the internet which were released between January 1 to November 30, 2021. The data analysis was carried out by collecting, selecting, and presenting data according to the problem formulation. Through a series of analyzes it was found 18 data according to the formulation of the problem. The result shows that (1) the form of symbolic war includes forms of pro-government and contra against the government, (2) the mechanism of symbolic war includes euphemism and logic, and (3) the reasons for the occurrence of symbolic war were based on differences in interests.

The type of research is a quasi-experimental design in nonequivalent control group design. Subjects of research were 42 students of grade V. The instrument used is a multiple choice in 10 itemss. The analysis using data independent T test aided IBM SPSS 21. The results of this study show the influence of contextual learning module on learning outcomes of students in grade V in charge thematic. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan wacana kelas. Hasil penelitian adalah (1) RPP dirancang sesuai komponen (2) pelaksanaan kegiatan awal meliputi apersepsi, presensi, dan motivasi; kegiatan inti mencakup pendekatan saintifik; kegiatan penutup berupa refleksi, (3) penilaian sikap, berupa observasi; penilaian keterampilanberupa unjuk kerja; dan penilaian pengetahuanberupa ulangan harian dan tanya jawab. To assess the value of relational use of grammatical features, required analytical model is based on a critical paradigm, namely critical discourse analysis. Model of critical discourse analysis that is used is model analysis Fairclough that combines text analysis, discourse practice and socio-cultural practices. Realm of discourse that researched is the academic discourse i.e the research proposal seminar in college. Relational value represent dimension of 'social relations' in academic discourse. The purpose of this study is to describe the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the reading habit program in SD Muhammadiyah Kota Blitar. This research method uses phenomenology design. This research was qualitative descriptive research with Miles and Hubberman flow design. This design the data analysis showed with some ollection steps like, reduction data included description and identification of variations particle form as discourse markers, data presented by encoding and converting the result into matriks form, the last step was deduction data and verification. The result of this study showed that the form of particle of vowels or word were not ussualy derivable or inflected, such as interjection, preposition and articles that appear in the teacher’s speech were e, ya, kan, and nah. It could be concluded that particles were used by teacher’s as a discourse markers in the learning interaction to give a signal for student to give messages to be delivered in the next step in speech unit. This aim of this research is to describe the application of STAD learning model by drawing series... more This aim of this research is to describe the application of STAD learning model by drawing series media to improve student’s narrative writting skills. The research uses qualitative method with the type of PTK (Clasroom action research). The result of this research for two cycles is shows increased the results. The everage score of student writing narrative increased from 68 in the first cycle to 76 in the second cycle. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan model STAD berbantuan media gambar seri untuk meningkatkan keterampilan menulis narasi siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian PTK. Hasil penelitian selama dua siklus menunjukkan hasil yang meningkat. Nilai rata-rata siswa menulis narasi mengalami peningkatan dari 68 pada siklus I menjadi 76 pada siklus II.

The use of critical discourse analysis aims to reveal the construction of school education contained in the novel through the language features used by the author. The construction of school education in this research is defined as a process of socializing the values of life and knowledge. The process of school education construction in the Laskar Pelangi novel tetralogy is constructed by educators to students. Based on the results of the study found three points that are constructed in schools, namely the value of education, educational resources, and actors of educational transformation. Educational values in quotes 1 and 2 reveal the construction of education about discipline and maintaining dignity as students.
