Curricular Review MSc Helena Barba-Meinecke Graduated in archeology in the National School of Anthropology (ENAH) and History of the National Institute of Anthropology and History (INAH) and the Master in Nautical and Underwater Archeology, International Doctoral School in Marine Studies (EIDEMAR), University of Cádiz, Spain.Since 2013 I have been a Focal Point of Mexico, 2001 UNESCO Convention for the Protection of the Underwater Cultural Heritage. Member of its Scientific and Technical Advisory Board (STAB) and president of this Council between 2016/2017.Researcher responsible for Underwater Archeology for the Yucatan Peninsula, Vice Directorate of Underwater Archeology (SAS) of the National Institute of Anthropology and History (INAH), Mexico, since 2003.
