Mod Service Design took another tact entirely for its Everbon Gaoqiao Town Sales Center, winner of the sales centers & show flats category. The firm’s frame of reference was a rain-forest resort, one that, Shanghai-based creative director Jay Lee notes, “would make potential buyers feel as if they are on holiday.”
