▪️80g yoghurt (I use @fage_uk for it creaminess)
▪️2 celery, chopped in small cubes
▪️2 tbsp onion, chopped finely
▪️1 tsp Dijon mustard 
▪️2 tbsp parsley, chopped finely
▪️1/2 lemon juice
▪️1/2 tsp pepper +salt to taste

To serve:
▪️ toasted bread
▪️spinach 

Instructions:
🐟On a plate add all the ingredients and mix. 

🐟 Great with whole grain sourdough toasted bread or any bread/ wrap you like.
