I started with a package of grass fed beef from @traderjoes and added olive oil, salt, and taco seasoning generously. Once it’s browned and cooked add some cheddar shredded and turn it off.. set aside.

Take a 4 inch cup and cut out discs out of a flower tortilla. Take a greased muffin tin and shake them in their bowls. Fill them with the ground beef and immediately with cheddar cheese and bacon the oven at 3:50 for 15 minutes or until golden Brown.

after they come out of the oven, I top mine off with lettuce, tomatoes, and some sour cream. Add hot sauce if you like and enjoy!
