Feeling good enough

You get to decide right here and now that you are already good enough!✨ You feel it in your bones, even if buried below, that you are worthy of feeling loved, and worthy of your experiences being validated. Even if you grew up in a home where you felt unseen and your experiences invalidated. But, as an adult you can be left feeling like your needs are never met. Like you’re not good enough. And somewhere, underneath this, might be the belief that you don’t deserve to have your needs met....

If they make you feel like your not good enough then you shouldn't be around that person. YOU ARE MORE THAN ENOUGH.

We all have days like this when the mind gets to a place of total emptiness there's not a hells chance i want to to backwards but you can't see a way forward well today's my day to feel exactly this 😔 it completely sucks to feel like your not good enough, what your trying to achieve will never be good enough, what ever I create will never be good enough, feeling failure is normal I'm told.. But hey Mondays the start of another week so I'll keep doing what im doing for my own therapy..💜…
