I had trouble with the delivery of my package. After calling shoes for crews and explaining the situation they helped me go through all the necessary steps to get the package sorted. Marie was a massive help with all the steps and kindly sent me a new pair of shoes when the delivery company wasn’t liable to replace my package.
I’ve ordered from shoes for crews multiple times and every pair of shoes I get are amazing and perfect for my job.
The shoes are very high quality. Everything is according to the description on the website. Convenient and comfortable. Thank you.
Order arrived safely, with christmas etc., I haven't had time to try them on yet so can't comment although I'm sure they will be fine.
The only thing I can say is that I know it would make them more expensive but they would be better if they were leather.
Genuinely surprised how grippy these shoes are! I work in fast food and frequently go sliding. Thought I'd give these a go and I am thrilled with them. Not slipped at all since wearing. Also very comfy and pretty stylish

Made an order 4 weeks ago and have not received anything yet. But this company is known for extremely long waiting times.
And they send no updates via email. It’s just one big wait and see game.

No delivery of item. I ordered and payed for size 6 work shoes on 16th December. The only reason I didn't query sooner was because of delivery delays over festive period but it is now January and I haven't had them delivered and when I asked for a refund, I was refused.

Shows for Crews all gave me reasons of trustfull as I always buy your brand. However my last purchase I’m not happy at all as the new shows cause me bruises and reddish at the palm of my foot. I have sent an email previously attaching some pictures. I barely can walk at work and feel very uncomfortable.
