I had an issue with an item I ordered. I called the Customer Service line to explain that I ordered 2 Sterling Silver Necklaces & got 2 Snow removal Instruments instead. The Service Agent Chent was a very pleasant Agent. She was very helpful and kept me informed of what she was doing to get me the correct items. I was very impressed at Service I was given, as I'm sure she takes many calls. I just wanted to say Thanks Chent & Temu for taking the time to help me get my issue resolved & making every effort to get me the Beautiful Necklaces! Way to go Chent!
3 packages were sent by e-miile courier which the courier indicated on their website were delivered. I contacted the courier who confirmed that the packages were still at their warehouse. Neither Temu nor the courier have provided me with an address for pick up. Temu refuses to refund because the courier's tracking says delivered. I have been in contact with Temu for months now. Temu keeps promising to investigate and then nothing happens. Don't buy from Temu. Scam website. I am out hundreds of dollars.

I used to love ordering from Temu but lately they have these ads that promise coupon discounts when you buy. I have only received 2 out of 8 free items I supposedly qualified for and not just that but I have had two deliveries sent back before they even reached my address for delivery. Im not sure why but the quality of service for delivery is horrible. They don't mind taking your money but they have a hard time delivering packages now.

Great items for great prices! I bought quite a bit from Temu. My best item I've ever bought is a pair of wind type pants they are still going strong for over 2 years now. I'm going to buy another pair of these for a backup. My most recent is a sliver Donald Trump ring. I'm beyond happy. Will be wearing it all the time I highly recommend Temu. Be sure to read the size chart of the item before you buy

Made the mistake of placing another order with Temu. First one was two years ago. AGAIN, I DIDN’T GET WHAT I ORDERED WHICH WAS THREE WOOL HATS IN CREAM, BROWN, AND BLACK! I RECEIVED TWO HATS BOTH IN CREAM COLOR AND NEVER RECEIVED THE THIRD! BE VERY CAREFUL ORDERING WOOL HATS MADE BY VECRY. Seems as though they will send you what they want in spite of what YOU want,and then rip you off. You can only return ONE item free of charge. I WILL NEVER make the mistake of ordering from this Chinese rip-off place again. By the way, they don’t allow bad reviews.

I placed my first order recently and paid via Paypal and had it refunded due to suspicious activity. When I queried it I got no response as to whether it was myself or the seller where the issue was. Very very frustrating and makes it unlikely I'll use the site ever again.

This company sends you chance to play feed the fish and then they make it impossible to actually get anything free like they said. They are scamming people if hrs a day to build hope of free items and then they make sure you can't possibly win anything unless you spend bunch of money on there junk items.
