Two weeks before I had purchased this Alessandro Vasini boot in Terence harnes suede brown color from the Baggatti website, at first I tried to purchase this boot from this Alessandro website but there was no shipping option for Israel, than I messaged to the Alessandro customer and they sent me a link of this Baggati website, there I found the option of shipping to Israel, so i placed the order from there, today almost two weeks later I received the boot, talking about boot, the color was bit different, because the boot color was dark brown in the website but when i received the boot was light brown color, but I’m really happy, I received my boot on time, according to their estimate shipping time, the quality of this boot is top notch, very soft leather, I found this boot better than saint laurent Lukas boot, because I have saint laurent boot too,the boot looks damn sexy everything is perfect like zip,sole, outer leather, what I like the most of this boot is it looks damn stylish🔥🔥🔥 I wanna thanks to the Alessandro Vasini for this wonderful piece🙏🙏🙏🫶🫶🫶

Fantastic boots!
The heel boots, particularly the ones for men are the very best in the market.
Very sexy silhouette and beautiful leathers and colors.
The boots are very well made and durable.
The heel is solid wood and cuoio leather, and everything is stitched together for better durability.
It is a nice artisanal craftsmanship, very rare to find nowadays.
Received my order in two weeks, shipped from Italy to the USA.
Everything was included in the price, shipping and duty, all included.
I received the order through DHL and received all notifications and status updates.
Got a few boots and, based on my personal experience, I highly recommend.

SCAM website. do not order from Alessandro Vasini wierdly also called fashion lab on here for some reason?! I never received the boots, nor a refund. No response from customer service email. I’m going to dispute with my credit card. Avoid!

fraud ajacent, order not delivered for a year
the brand has taken more than a year to deliver somehting and the customer support acts like its somehow my fault.
customer support is horrible and doesnt answer messages, when they do they are not helpful.
they wont issue a refund, nor even respond to court orders.

I got my custom made pair of boots in less than two weeks and I love them!
Size was perfect as they suggested and the quality of the boots is insane!
These are by far the best boots you can find at any price.
And the price is actually very good considering that other luxury brands sell at almost double their price.
I don’t care what the other reviews say, I think they might come from competitors because everything was perfect and they responded promptly to all my communications.

Very sophisticated design.
I got a pair of boots made to order and they were delivered in ten days directly from Italy. I really love the boots. The product I can see is hand made and if very good quality. Outstanding manufacturing. The heel and the shape of the boots is very well balanced and the leather is beautiful. I don’t think they keep any stock and they also subject to availability, I was able to get my pair and will possibly get some other colors.
Hope they can add more versions to the collection.

The products are beautiful and the quality is the best possible Italian quality you can find.
Particularly the boots and the denim are really my favorite in the market.
Seems like they stop selling online, so the products now are more difficult to find. Too bad. Not sure what happened but something changed this past season.

placed order on feb 8 - 21 times tried contacting they responded 3 of those times. last time they responded they requested a few more days as they had inventory damage. waited another month and no response. contacted credit card company and got money back.

The company had some issues recently and now most of its products I believe are made to order.
The boots are still the best in the market and i received mine in less than two weeks after the payment.
I think many things have changed but i think particularly the boots are difficult to find elsewhere with this quality and style.

Purchased a boot from Alessandro Vasini on April 1. Was told 2 weeks to get it shipped from Italy and they kept making excuses and I’ve sent them over 40 emails regarding updates and issues of them not sending the boots.

Eventually went on for about 2 months and they stopped replying to me. They did offer a refund and after I asked for one but they never replied and completely ignored and ghosted me.

I even DM’d the founder Alessandro Vasini himself of Instagram @alessandrovasiniworld and got completely ignored too.

It went on for 3 months total and I filed a chargeback dispute with my credit card which I was able to get back the money.

Worst experience ever, I saw good reviews on quality but rather spend that $600 on somewhere else.

Hi, I have sent 2 email to Alessandro Vasini and no reply has been provided. I ordered a pair of black boots back in March 2024 and still have NOT received them. Is 7 months acceptable to have a reply or the product delivered? No it is not. I want a refund on the $480 boots as this is not how a customer should be treated. I do not recommended to purchase from them.

The products quality is stunning.
I received my order in two weeks and I am very please with the quality and delivery time.
I was advised the boots were being made to order and got a shipping information after about a week with a tracking number so that I could check the status of the shipment. The boots arrived in less than two weeks from Italy and I am very pleased with the fit, look and quality.
These are by far some of the best boots I ever seen.

Does not deliver products, i have an order from over 8 months ago which had yet to be delivered , also customer support is not helpful with dolving any issue, and often simply doent respond.

Dont spend your money with them, they will never send you anything

Now almost 12 weeks since my order - no boots in sight nor any sort of communication that they may be on their way. Multiple emails, with very vague responses (if they do respond!). Overall a disappointing experience for an otherwise seemingly luxury brand.

After 3 months my boots arrived and they are F*n amazing! Im a bit ashamed of myself for having sent harassing emails demanding they be sent quicker. Spoiled american mentality!
They arrived in perfect presentation and are exactly what I thought I was getting. I ordered keith boots and i was smart enough to go up a 1/2 size and they fit like a glove.
Thank you and sincere apologies for being an ass in the process of receiving these.

I ordered boots several months ago . Email after email trying to cancel my boots because they didn’t arrive. Finally someone sent me a cancellation for a refund but never refunded my account. 2 weeks later the boots came used. I’m still waiting for a return label. Buyer beware!!!

All perfect!
Received my boots in two weeks and love them. They had some problems but now seems to be everything is ok.
The products is magnificent and delivery takes two weeks or less which is perfect per me.
