Purchased a gift voucher for my brother for Christmas. While completing the purchase online, I was left a little confused as the only 2 options for receiving the voucher were in store pick up or posting the physical voucher to the address. I found this strange as I’m used to being able to print off vouchers myself that I’ve purchased in the past. Would be nice to add this option. Otherwise, the voucher was shipped and delivered within the set time frame.

Very rude chat with Sean. He disconnected the chat before I could ask other questions or agree to whatever they had said. And before that I had tried to login to their chat service 3 times but kept getting an error and would have to log out and try again. And Finally when I get an agent I get one who wanted to get off the chat as quickly as possible:/ Usually you expect that they at least ask you if you had other questions, but not Sean!

Unfortunately not the best experience. Quality of the product is decent for the first few weeks but then deteriorates pretty quickly after that. Contacted customer service but advised it was wear and tear even though the item was worn a handful of times.

The checkout/website/app is just about the worst I’ve encountered. I experienced a fault when checking out. I was then made to re-enter and change my password 4 times to try and sort it out and place an order and ended up with a duplicate order through no fault of my own (Note: I regard myself as IT savvy) When I attempted to remedy this with customer services, it took a total of 18 messages to get my refund. In short, pathetic. Major improvements needed.

Would highly recommend. Strong and effective communication. Received a tracking number as soon as I ordered. Had the tracksuit within a week. High quality tracksuit. Would definitely be ordering again. Hassle free.
