I bought a dyson hoover for my wife as a Xmas present (always wanted one ) paid six hundred euro + .from the day we got it they were always a problem with it .an the same as many other customer reviews I went back to the store an they told me to go back to dyson which I did so many times I have lost count an to no avail .I have given up on them but I would advise anyone that is considering buying to think long an hard before departing with their money .an I think the shops that sell them should advise customers when their buying that they don't look after the guarantee on them.
