I really like this to pair up with some sambar rice or rasam rice or even curd rice which is the ultimate comfort meal. 
When you are bored of eating regular potato fry, Try this spicy and flavourful pepper potato fry. I am sure you all love this❤️

👉Ingredients for pepper masala:
Black pepper - 1 tbsp
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Coriander seeds - 1 tbsp
Fennel seeds - 1 tsp
Dry red chillies - 5 (medium spice)
(Adjust spice as per your requirements)
Roast all the above ingredients until they are aromatic. Cool down and grind into fine powder. 

👉Ingredients for rest of the process:
Baby potatoes - 500g
(You can use normal potatoes too)
Oil - 3 tbsp
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
Green chillies - 3
Curry leaves - 1 sprig
