Lupe Vélez (nama lahir María Guadalupe Villalobos Vélez; 18 Juli 1908 – 14 Desember 1944) adalah seorang pemeran, penari dan penyanyi Meksiko pada Zaman Keemasan perfilman Hollywood. Vélez memulai karirnya sebagai pementas dalam vaudeville Meksiko pada awal 1920an.
