Kelahiran Yesus dari perawan

Kelahiran Yesus dari perawan adalah kepercayaan bahwa Yesus dikandung dalam kandungan ibunya Bunda Maria oleh Roh Kudus dan lahir sementara Maria tetap seorang perawan.^[1] Perjanjian Baru menyebutkannya pada Matius 1:18-25:9 dan Lukas 1:26-38:9. Kelahiran perawan tidak dikatakan dalam surat-surat Paulus, tetapi tersirat dalam Injil Markus dan Yohanes.
