Tasting note: Full bodied wine with robust red color. Complex nose and taste of fruits from which wild blackberry, currant, and dried raisins, very much typical for the region. Intensive and spicy taste but still smooth with sweetness on the back emphasizing the rich taste. Cabernet Franc is suitable with fatty cheeses and wild game meat. It is best served at 15-17⁰C.
