Ingredients:
- 2 large potatoes, peeled and sliced
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1 cup chickpea flour (besan)
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon coriander seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/4 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1/2 cup water
- Oil, for frying

Instructions:
1️⃣ Mix flours, baking soda, salt, and spices.
2️⃣ Add water and mix well.
3️⃣ Add potato and onion slices and mix.
4️⃣ Fry until crispy and golden brown!
5️⃣ Serve hot with chutney or raita!
