For - 5 Small Ghewars (4 Inch Diameter)

2 tbsp Ghee
2 Ice Cubes
1/2 cup + 1 tbsp / 75 g Maida
1 tsp Besan
250 ml chilled water
1 & 1/2 tsp Lime Juice (Add it to the batter)
Oil / Ghee or Vanaspati for frying

Sugar Syrup - Make 1 taar ka syrup with Kesar & Elaichi

- After rubbing the ghee with flour, you can blend it in the mixie to get a smooth batter. It is a lot easier & efficient
- The frying fat should be medium temperature.
