These are made with a mixture of chocolate chip and sugar cookie dough (I used @pillsbury but you could make your own as well). I added some regular and mini chocolate chips for the eyes/nose as soon as they came out of the oven and then let set. Erin Antoniak on Instagram: "FLUFFERNUTTER WHITE CHOCOLATE RITZ! 🥰🥜 * 56 ritz crackers * 1 cup peanut butter * 1 cup fluff marshmallow * 16oz white chocolate * holiday sprinkles 1. Lay all ritz crackers round side down on baking sheet. 2. To 28 crackers, add 1 tsp peanut butter. To the other 28 crackers, add 1 tsp fluff. Press crackers together so that they are tight but not oozing out. 3. Melt white chocolate at half power in microwave, stirring every 30 seconds. 4. Once melted, dunk cracker sandwiches into chocolate, tossing to coat completely. Use a fork to transfer from bowl to parchment lined baking sheet. 5. Sprinkle with holiday sprinkles. Megan Moos| Wellness tips for rural moms on Instagram: "Homemade Pantry Brownie Mix Ingredients: 3 cups flour 6 cups sugar 2 cups unsweetened cocoa powder 2 tsp sea salt 2 tsp baking powder Directions: Mix all the ingredients together in store in an airtight container in a dark cool location (pantry). To make the brownies: In a large bowl, mix 2 1/4 cup brownie mix with 1/2 cup melted butter, 2 eggs and 1 tsp of vanilla extract. Mix until the batter is smooth. Preheat the oven to 350° F and grease an 8x8 (9x9 works too). Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 20-24 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. They were kind enough to send me the original gingerbread recipe written by the Superintendent of Bakers for the Continental Army, Christopher Ludwick. Katie Larimore on Instagram: "Fall-in-love pecan tarts ❤️ Cream cheese pastry: - 1 cup unsifted flour - 1/2 cup unsalted butter (softened) - 3 ounces cream cheese (softened) - 1/4 tsp salt Pecan filling: - 1 egg (slightly beaten) - 1/2 cup Lyle’s golden syrup or dark corn syrup - 1/3 cup dark brown sugar (firmly packed) - 2 tbsp unsalted butter (melted) - 1 tsp vanilla - Pinch salt - 1 cup chopped pecans (4 ounces) 1. Preheat oven to 350. 2. Blend together pastry ingredients until you have a dough. Press and shape in mini muffin tins. Work all the way up the sides and try to keep it thick enough so the filling can’t get through. 3.
