It also creates new employment and makes you more competitive. Intellectual property rights protect and benefit the work of writers, artists, designers, discoverers, and other IPR users while they are being used by others. Intellectual property rights (IPRs) help protect ideas and creative works developed by inventors, designers, developers, and writers. After all, protecting intellectual property is one of the major challenges for both developed and developing nations. There are numerous international laws that protect intellectual property. International law employs several guidelines and recommendations to confirm the protection of intellectual property. In addition, most countries have intellectual property laws. Maximum countries have their own legislative powers to protect their intellectual property rights. But if not done properly, all these international and domestic intellectual property laws will be valueless. The legal system that China and Pakistan follow to protect their intellectual property is very similar to the legal system of developed countries but also has some main variances. This research paper attempts to examine the assessment of IPR protection in China and Pakistan. This research paper also describes IPR protection procedures in China and Pakistan. In addition, this article initiates a comparison of international IPR indexes to demonstrate and describe the variances in IPR protection assessments. This article also lists and describes the various factors that influence the lack of proper protection of property and intellectual property rights in both countries.

Despite the vast number of Confucius Institutes, very little has been known about operating or what they accomplish inside institutions. Using a variety of media sources, including the government policy, newspaper reports from the internet, Confucius institutes themselves, individual blogs are written by Chinese language teachers, and the observations of university academics, it begins by discussing the concepts of cultural and public diplomacy, cultural associations as a conceptual framework for assessing Confucius Institutes. One of the most effective ways to change people's views of other countries and cultures is direct public diplomacy. In the community of national cultural institutions, the Confucius Institutes are a standout member because of their connection to China's development. China's foreign policy goals are now boosting the availability of Chinese language training across the world. Since 2013, the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) has opened up a new avenue for Chinese language instruction abroad. They recognize that showing their cultural background is a way to illustrate who they are while also portraying a positive image, which enables them to accomplish their political aims. This article examines the relevance of the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) and its influence on Pakistani culture and language using the Pakistan Confucius Institutes as a case study. The study emphasizes the need for more vital bilateral collaboration between two nations to construct a community of cultural enterprises and linguistic centers that both countries can share. In Pakistan, the CPEC is causing a linguistic shift. Both nations' cultures may be openly shared. As a result, CPEC's efficacy as a language changer cannot be denied.

The relationship between literature and philosophy is almost as old as the two academic disciplin... more The relationship between literature and philosophy is almost as old as the two academic disciplines themselves. Indeed, for a very long time, philosophy has been interested in literature and vice versa. Some philosophers like Kant, Hegel, or Schopenhauer among many others-have had recourse to epic, lyrical or dramatic poets because they realized, literary works can help them in their philosophical efforts to convey the message of truth, well-being, wisdom in society. The obstacle which prevented them from having recourse to it seemed to be the thread of the metaphysical tradition. But not everything can happen through metaphysics alone to be understood, useful in society. Thus, because of their stakes and their style, philosophies of existence rub shoulders even more closely with literary works. This applies to Heidegger, to Marcel, an admirer of Rilke, to Camus, a novelist before becoming an essayist, to Merleau-Ponty whose appeals to Valéry, Claudel or Proust are never accidental, to Sartre for whom the works of Baudelaire, Mallarmé, Genet, and Flaubert counted as much as those of the philosophers. This article takes an analytical look at the relationship that may exist between literature and philosophy through language.

Not only does the library promote the culture of reading, but also it facilitates access to books for those who love reading. Thus, through the library, its visitors can enjoy not only their lives, but also it allows them to spend their time intellectually. This program has been designed to help people discover the joy of the written word. The primary goal of fostering a love of reading among library patrons is to make it an enjoyable and rewarding pastime. As a result, it is critical to raise awareness about the value of reading for pleasure rather than only learning material for tests and encourage students to make reading a habit. Library Week, which is held each year during the academic session in high school, is one of the ways that libraries can help spread the word about the importance of reading and healthy reading culture. The relevant literature has been assessed in light of the topic by searching both published and unpublished relevant research works. Tylor and Francis Group, ERIC, Emerald, Elsevier, LISA, LISTA, ProQuest Research papers, and Wiley Online Library are addressed as relevant databases. The current study's findings may also aid in better planning school library services and dealing with the required, complicated, and ever-increasing requirements for book selection, acquisition, and integration. The findings are also aid in the modification and enhancement of educational policy.
