Psalm 77

In Psalm 77 Asaph teaches us how to transition from lament to praise. He shows us the power of remembering the past deeds of God.

As we read and meditate on such Bible accounts, our knowledge of Jehovah and his wonderful ways deepens, and we come to appreciate more and more how trustworthy he is. Thus our confidence in him is strengthened. The psalmist set an excellent example when he said in fervent prayer to God: “I shall remember the practices of Jah; for I will remember your marvelous doing of long ago.
