I decided to film this today because I have been feeling so much better than I have in almost 2 years. 

I feel like I have energy to care more about things that aren’t immediate needs or concerns. 

Things like deep cleaning parts of our house that have only been wiped down in a long time. 

Even spending more time on personal relationships like the breakfast date I got to go on with my husband yesterday 🤍

Still, when my arms went numb while cleaning the tub I was beating myself up about taking a break. Pushing through because I felt better when I started.
