Emily Holland on Instagram: "Trust me on this. This technique will give you a younger and more youthful healthy look to your skin versus placing the blush high at your temples (which isn’t a natural placement of color). It’s the perfect application for maturing skin that desires a healthy natural look. The bonus is that it draws attention to your eyes more. Try it and report back." I’ve been asked a lot recently about blush placement. It depends on the overall effect you want; there’s no “right way”. Sometimes I like blush more on the apples to plump out slimmer faces with less volume.

BUT for LIFTING and SNATCHING the face, place the blush higher up on the cheekbones and blend upwards into the temples.

I often take the blush right up to the under eyes and blend into the under eye concealer to really pull the face upwards, which can brighten under eyes at the same time 🤩
