A Rosie Rabbit Gift...

Check out this fabulously fun paper by My Minds Eye - 12 Days of Christmas. I wasn't crazy about it at first, but I love how festive it looks with Rosie. I think the Martha Stewart Present Border punch gives it a little extra something. I have all these punches I never use. Shame on me! Rosie started out brown and I just wasn't thrilled with her so started over and made her gray. Much better. The brown was cute, just not what I wanted.

I'm off to water color. Thanks for stopping by. I hope your having a fabulous day!

New Business..

Happy Wednesday everybody! Hope your having a great day! Maybe enjoying some sun? We have that here today. I'm thinking of going out on the deck to read a book.. :O) I finished up my Copic card class for next month this morning. I used a Stampavie image called Mouse with Sunflower. I love that huge flower. I used 11 different Copics to color it with. It looks really cool.

My local scrapbook store that I teach classes at is going to be closing.. I know so SAD!! They will still have the online store though so not to bad.

I've been thinking for a while now of setting up a card kit of the month club. I know a lot of ladies really enjoy taking my coloring classes and thought this would be a great way to branch out with that. I'm in the process of setting up my online site ( I paid for it today.. Scary!) and trying to decide what I want to have in it and how to go about the whole process.

I know I'm going to have a Copic and a Water Color card for sure. I'll be making video's of me coloring the projects so you can see the process. But that's about how far I've gotten.

  • Is this something you would enjoy?
  • Have any ideas of what you would like to see?
  • 1-2 card kits?
  • What kind of stamp would you like to see in them?

Thanks for stopping by. I hope your having a great day!!

Copic Marker Journal..

Look Londa another project... :O)

I have a bunch of pictures today. I'm doing a Copic Marker Journal class, but wanted to make me up my own fancy one. Not the cut down version I made for an example. When I bring that one home I'll la-de-da it up. But I wanted to get it posted. I'll take mine so they can see what else they can do. So on with the pictures.

I'm going to keep track of the refills I have..

I haven't done any Custom Colors yet, but I would like to.

look I colored one in for an example. I have a piece of plastic I cut an oval out of that I can mask with. It attaches in the book.

Just in case.

My little tags had half pearls on them, but they made it to bumpy and bulky so I took them off. Flat is better! I found the page template at Copic Munkies if you'd like to down load them yourself. Hope you liked my journal. Thanks for stopping by. Have a fabulous day!!

Copic Marker Journal..

Hey Londa look it not a book I finished... :O)
I know get off the sunny porch, stop reading that book and into the house and start coloring and making up kits....;O)

Happy Saturday everybody! Hope you have a fabulous weekend!! I made this Copic Marker Journal for one of my classes next month.  I used a cute Stampavie image called Looking at You. The inside has places to write which markers you already have, color families, custom colors, favorite color combos & favorite skin & hair colors. I found the download for the pages over at Copic Munkie.

This is actually my second journal. I'm still working on the first one. I wanted to decorate all the dividers on the inside. Then decided that was to much to do in a workshop, so had to start over. I'll share the original when I'm done playing with it. I have 3 more dividers to color and decorate. But I think this one turned out really cute too. I don't know what I'll do with two. Maybe I'll have a candy when I'm finished using this one in class. We'll see....

Thanks for stopping by. Hope your having a great day..

Snuggles...

Hi everyone. Hope your all having a fabulous day. I have another Stampavie image to share today. This one is called Snuggles by Penny Johnson. Isn't she adorable? Hugging her little kitty. Too cute!! I doubt my cat would allow any kind of snuggling at all. If I was lucky maybe for a second. But nothing like this.

I finally had a chance to break out my Vagabond and play with it. Wow that thing is awesome. Just push the button and go. It took me longer to punch out the Nellie Snellen flowers then use that thing. Although I love the flowers. I love the embossing you can do with those. I sprayed them with Tattered Angels Marshmallow Spray. I'm off to make dinner, I forgot lunch today. Hope you all have a wonderful weekend!! Thanks for stopping by.

Under My Umbrella..

Happy Thursday everyone. Hope your all having a fabulous week. It's actually sunny here today. Lucky us. I have been sitting out on the deck soaking up some rays. This adorable image is from Stampavie by Gillian Roberts. It's called Under My Umbrella. I picked it up at my local scrapbook store Memories of Time when it first arrived. It's taken me a while to ink it up. Glad I finally did.

The flowers are Marvy and Punch Bunch Punches. The saying is on the new Spellbinders Die called Ribbon Tag Trio Three. I cut the ends off.. Never thought of doing that before but seen someone else had so what the heck thought I would too. I never seem to get any of them on to ribbon any ways. I've colored her with my Copics...

Thanks for stopping by. Hope your having a great day. Don't forget about the challenge over at Sassy Cheryl's.

This is it the last Christmas card of the season... One of the wonderful Stampavie images Teddies Stocking and a bunch of Martha Stewart punches. You got to love those. I wonder what new ones will be coming out soon for Valentine's Day?? I bet they are awesome.

I'm going to go out of town today to shop. I like to just get out. So I talked hubby into driving north to a few stores. I'll have to stop and get a Cinnabon also. Love those!! It's a day away and time together. Hope you have a fabulous day! See you tomorrow for the new Sassy Cheryl Challenge....

A Pile of Penguins Card ...

I'm back with another Pile of Penguins card for you today. We did this one at my Christmas card class last Saturday. It was totally fun. Love all those Stampavie images. They are all so adorable! The girls had a hard time with all the grays on this one. I think it was mostly the little spaces to color in. I promised them with a little practice they would be great. Although I did color the scarf on the bottom penguins head gray during class. I had to stop and stamp me a new image to color. Coloring upside down is sometimes difficult.

I'm off to work. I have to make up an instruction sheet this morning on how to make out the deposit. Since I'll be gone Monday & Tuesday they would like someone else to be able to do it.. Works for me. So have a fabulous day!! See you again soon..

More Christmas...

Yippie it's Friday.. I can hardly wait for the weekend. But then again I say that every week. I just love this year Christmas line by Stampavie. But then I say that about all my stamps. I love them all. This image is called Cozy Christmas. Aren't they adorable? Our cat would probably cuddle with our puppy Adikia if she wasn't trying to eat head head all the time. Poor cat...

I have embossed and stamped some snowflake on my background paper to make it look like snow this time. Added a bunch of Stickles and Crafty Fluff. Those are both great inventions if I do say so myself.  I finally feel like I found my coloring Mo Jo. I missed it. It's like loosing a friend. As much as I've loved the Christmas images I can't wait for the new Valentine's stuff to start coming out. You can only do one holiday for so long until you get burned out. But there's a few more Christmas images left to color.. So I better get t it..

Thanks for stopping by and leaving me some love. Hope your having a wonderful day!! See you again soon...

Show Me Thursday # 3...

Happy Sunday everyone. Hope your all having a fabulous day. I took this picture a couple of days ago and forgot to post it. Sassy Cheryl is having her third Show Me day. She would like us to share what we are currently working on. It doesn't have to be a Sassy Cheryl image. One lucky person gets a free image. Maybe the one Cheryl was working on during her post. Isn't he cute? I can see him falling into my basket on Tuesday.

On my desk I have one of the kits for a class I'm teaching next month. I like to cut them all out a head of time so we can have fun coloring. These are ready to be bagged up.

Here is the finished card. The image is by Stampavie and it's called Snowy & Rudolph. Love these Christmas images. It feels like I cut out a million snowflakes so far. Every card I've made has a snowflake some place. Got to use those new Martha Stewart punches.

I was doing some Christmas wishing today... Do any of you have a Big Shot Pro?? What do you think??
My husband was like don't you already have a Big Shot.... Well yes honey but this one cuts out all the big dies and those Spellbinder Grand Caliber dies I've been looking at. He just rolled his eye's.. I can alway sell my other one... :) That's it I need to have a garage sale and clean out my stamps...

see you again soon...

The Weekend...

Yippie it's Saturday.. I'm off work for the next 11 days... WOW I'm love the idea so far.

Today I have a Water Color class at Memories of Time my local scrapbook store and after that I am taking the next class. A cute Snowflake album. I'll be gone most of the day having fun and playing.

Are any of you all ready for the coming black friday thing? I stopped going to those a while ago. I like to sleep in. Plus I've pretty much given up on Christmas shopping. I told my whole family a few years ago my gift to them from now on was the gift of not buying me anything. It took them a couple of years to get that I wasn't going to be bring presents, but they finally got it. I buy everything I ever want so no need to get me something I don't want or need just because your suppose to. Silly idea.

On to the card. This is the last of my Not Garbage cards. I should probably make these more often. It's another image from Stampavie called Star Gazing. It's a really cute image and super easy to color. The paper is the new Bo-Bunny Christmas line. LOVE it!! I thought I'd branch out a bit and triple mat my image this time. I seen it on someone else's blog and loved the idea. Think it looks pretty good.

I hope your all having a great day. Thanks for stopping by!!

White on White....

Happy Friday everybody!! I'm ready for the day to get started so the weekend can start. The sooner the better. Today I have another of my Not Garbage cards. This is number 2. I found the inspiration for this one over at Debby4000 blog. I love her stuff it's always so pretty. And the dimension she adds wow!!

The image is another Stampavie image called Snowy Cuddles. This image is super easy to color. I'll probably have to color it a few more times. We'll see... The snowflakes are Martha Stewart Punches along with the Icicles border punch. I love her stuff. The corner is a cuttle bug die. I've had forever. Thought I should get it out and use it a bit.

I have another Not Garbage card for you tomorrow so stay tuned. Have a fabulous day!! Thanks for stopping by!!!

Sassy Cheryl's Show Me Thursday #2...

Hey every one. Hope your all having a great day. It's time for another Show Me Thursday. I have a little bit more stuff on there this time. A few thought it was a little too neat last week. What can I say I like my stuff picked up. But I didn't get a chance too before taking this picture. I used most of that stuff on the card below. Except the embossing folder. That's from tomorrow post.

The pile of Magnolia's I picked up at Stamping Scrapping. Man do they have super fast shipping. I ordered it on the weekend and had it before the next weekend. I'm not a patient shopper. I usually want my stuff the day before. So fast shipping is really important too me. Having it for the following weekend is perfect. I'll be shopping there again. So whats on your desk??

While at class this last Saturday the girls wanted to know what I did with my finished images. Well my reply was I throw them out... GASP!! What?? Usually they don't meet up to my high standards. I am coloring upside down. But this time they all turned out great so they have made it into cards.

So first up in the NOT GARBAGE card category is:

The adorable image is called Purrfect Christmas by Stampavie. The beautiful paper is the new Bo-Bunny Christmas line. I think it turned out pretty great actually. For something I would normally throw away... :o)

See you tomorrow for card number 2..

Rose...

Happy Monday everyone. It's a whole new week. Hopefully it be over quickly.. :) At least the work part, not the resting after work part. I have another Stampavie image to share with you. This one is called Rose Cuddling the Winter Bunny. I had a bunny as a kid. So cuddly! I have again used Basic Grey paper.

What do you think of that big snowflake? It's one of my new Martha Stewart punches. Love it! It's pretty big. I think I'll run some white paper threw the Xyron and sticky it up and add glitter then cut out some snowflakes next time. That will make them sparkle. I seen that on another blog. Loved the idea.

Have a fabulous Monday!! Thanks for stopping by.

Fall Colors...

Hope everyone has had a restful weekend. I'm currently wishing it could be longer. But then I wish that every weekend. Thought I share a new Stampavie image called Cloe Watching the Trees in the Autumn. It's a Sarah Kay image. The paper is Basic gray. I really like the pretty fall colors.

I should be working on Christmas cards. Actually I should be working on something. I'm still don't feel like coloring. I did color a couple of images today, but didn't really get into it like I usually do. I'm just not feeling all that inspired lately. I have a week off from work coming up I'm hoping that will help get me started. Maybe a little R & R will revive me..

Thanks for stopping by. Hope your having a great day!!
