I randomly decided to finally wear Rapunzel to a con, but if I was going to put in the effort to wear her I decided I was going to go ALL OUT on the wig. This braid is made out of two 48 inch tall pigtails from a blonde Hatsune Miku wig harvested and stuck together. I then crimped the fibers (my first time ever using a crimper and how I ruined my wrist for a good 4 days. It wasn’t fun.) Then wrapped around stuffed fabric tubes, put into tulle tube “shields” to prevent flyaway hairs and a nee...
