Ingredients: 
Cooconut Cream - 2.5 Cups- divided 
Short Grained Rice - 2.5 Tbsps
Sugar - 4-5 Tbsps
Salt - A Pinch
Saffron - A Pinch
Cardamom - A Pinch
Pistachios to Garnish

Process: 
* Start by washing & soaking the rice for 20 mins 
* Drain & dry completely using a muslin cloth - once dried, blend them into a fine powder
