I am very happy with myself today as I was able to get so much done this weekend that I have been putting off for most of the summer. I went through old scrapbooking supplies and the garage and we finally had a sale. I also was able to get a couple cards done so I figure that is was a pretty successful weekend. I used Imaginisce paper for the card. Gina K pure lux 120lb white cardstock and pti yellow. Karen Foster big brads & Hiedi Swap flowers. The stamp is from All my scraps. The Copics are E50-E51-YR18-110-R20-R35 & Y08. Now we head into the week of dread. I have said it before and I'll say it again, both of my babies are going into 6th grade this week. Their school looks more like a high school than a middle school, but my Husbands keeps telling me that they will be ok.....I sure hope he knows what he is talking about. In the mean time I am not sure who is more nervous me or my Son and Daughter.... Have a great week everyone and I hope you like my card for today. Thanks for checking in......
I enjoy sharing my love of Copic Markers, making cards and my family as well as our crazy cats. You can find me here or on Instagram as gobeagirl_greetings. Come over and visit me. I would love to share this wonderful world with you.

IT'S FRIDAY !!!!!!!!
Hi everyone, it's FRIDAY!!! Yes I am excited. It is my weekend off and that includes today. I am sorry that I have not gotten my new stamps uploaded. This week has been very busy for my family. I have both of my children going into 6th grade. As you can guess that means registering at a new school, buying school supplies and going back to the school not once but twice to practice locker combinations and run thru schedules. lol
I think that I am more nervous about school than both of the kids. I did want to share with you a really cool thing that happened to me this week. I was at work about 3 weeks ago when one of my customers was getting her meds to head out on vacation. I just had to ask where she was going and she told me Yellow Stone. We started chatting about it and I was telling her that we my parents would take us they always let us buy one of the stuffed black bears that they sold in their gift shop.....Well on Tuesday she was back in the pharmacy, and the next thing I know she was giving me a little red bag. I am sure you can guess, Yes it is a little black bear......I could not believe that she remembered me while she was on vacation. He is so CUTE I just had to share him. I decided to name him Sloan after the lady that was so nice and gave him to me. Thanks again Mrs. Slone. Have a great weekend everyone, Lisa

WHAT DO YOU THINK?
My 11 year old daughter loves to color and stamp as much as I do. The only problem was that I just think that Copics are somewhat expensive for her at this point. The solution was to find cheaper markers that would give her the same effects as Copics. Well we found that solution and it is working out just great. Here is the question. What do you think of KID'S KORNER SATURDAYS? We are going to be posting her projects that she makes with her markers, pencils, etc. on Saturdays so that people can see that being creative does not have to be expensive nor does it have to be just for grown-ups. I would love to hear what you think of this idea, we are quite excited to give it a go. Thanks for your time, Lisa
LATE NIGHT INSPIRATION
I did not get any of the cards made from my new stamps this weekend.....Oh well last night I did however get into making this cute little mermaid that I have recently purchased from the GREETING farm. Love her..... The fish and words are from All that scraps CC Designs Sugarplum underwater adventure...I used PTI true black & ocean tides. The accent paper is so old that I have no idea what the company name is, all I remember is that it came in a paper pack that was 4x6. lol... Now for the Copics I used.... R00,R02,R20,YR00,E50,BV00,BV08,YG03,YG06,Y08,B29,YR15 & YR18
I hope you like her, she was sooooo much fun to make.
Have a great evening....Lisa

THEIR HERE!!!!!!!
I am so happy. After two weeks of waiting impatiently (lol) my new order of Sketch markers finally arrived. I am not sure what happened, but my order that is usually here in just under a week took way too long this time. Oh well. I was so excited when I got home from work and there the box was, just sitting on my computer desk...... I was in the middle of unpacking (OK playing) with my new markers when the mail -mail came. GOOD Saturday for me, my CC Designs order came. I thought that I would show you a couple of pictures from my fun filled Saturday mail. I can not wait until Monday though as that is when I should be getting my new paper trimmer. Then I will be able to show some new projects that I am working on. Until Monday have a great Sunday.. Talk to you later. Lisa

Thursdays should be better than Mondays!!!
I am not feeling great today. I ended up staying home and I really did not want to. I have been fighting a head cold for about 5 days now and the medicine that they gave me have made matters worse. AAAAaagh.... To top all of that my paper trimmer broke down and it will be at the very least a week before I can get the parts. So I doubt that I will be able to post much until I get a working trimmer...Well there is TGIF ...and I am hoping the weekend goes as good as we are planning. Have a great day....
