Removed NATURAL_NEIGHBOR interpolation option as not implemented.

Went with removing 'NATURAL_NEIGHBOR' rather than renaming 'NATURAL_NEIGHBOR_CGAL' back to
'NATURAL_NEIGHBOR'.

Updated header file needed for natural neighbour speed improvements.
