Many HTTP links were converted to HTTPS links, but some links were missed in previous changes (because we tried to be conservative and only do checked changes).

Use HTTPS for documents which are available by both HTTP and HTTPS
links, but there is no redirection from HTTP to HTTPS or vice versa.
