Skip codegen of methods marked with ignore: true in Actions and Views. Similar to lightbend/kalix-jvm-sdk#1039

Requires kalix-proxy 1.0.12

Changes according to @pvlugter:

Docs are maybe not as developed, but have the ignore events example for subscribing:
