Create a variety of logs to keep track of your day to day life. This can be helpful for recognizing the associations between behavior and well being.
The user fills out information on their day to day life through a series of text logs
Logs that can be created
- Mood
- Sleep
- Meal
- Activity
- Substance
- Socialization
The information can be viewed in daily summary cards.
Future improvements include
- Taking and saving photos to logs
- Reminders
- Goal setting / user data analytics
The main entry point for the the user. Here they can decide to create a new log of the shown varietes, or access the other application features
Allows the user to indicate which emotion they felt the strongest, record where they were while logging, rate how they feel, as well as add a description.
Future plans....
- Allow user to take / attach photo for this log, if there's some particular image that prompted this log to be created
Here the user indicates when they went to sleep, and when they woke up. The duration is computed when any of the date / time selectors change. They can indicate any of the binary choices (if they slept and / or had a nightmare) As Well as fill out a description of their dream.
