Bride Trafficking is so deep rooted in society that providing accurate figures is extremely difficult since it is often impossible to track down and trace individual incidents of Bride Trafficking. According to the author, who has conducted a case study with fifty women from the State of Haryana, inter-country trafficking for the purpose of marriage is widespread in India. Trafficked women are subjected to a slew of atrocities, including being raped in transit and then raped by their husbands and other male family members. Apart from that, they face domestic violence, are treated worse than slaves and are frequently trafficked multiple times. Poverty, female foeticide, female infanticide, illiteracy, dowry and other factors can all contribute to trafficking. In this paper, the author will discuss Bride Trafficking in gene...

Cultural Properties holds the rich heritage and is a matter of pride for the entire mankind and is considered as property of mankind and does not belong specifically to any religion, group or state. Despite this the cultural property has been attacked and destroyed a lot of times either deliberately or unintentionally during war. The destruction of cultural property of course creates a sense of divide among people from different communities and nations and not just make chances of compromise between communities and nations impossible but it also lead to long term discrimination and hatred. The legal system related to protection of cultural property is mostly a soft law mechanism in which the implementation body and implementation system is missing and there are many laws which show the importance of cultural property during peacetime and also during war. This paper will discuss in detail about the significance of cultural property, long term effect of destroying of cultural property, Iconoclasm, laws regulating the protection of cultural property during war and peacetime, international criminalization of wrongs against cultural property and suggestions of the authors for protection of cultural property.

which has forced the nations to undergo lockdowns, which
have opened the new horizons of virtual learning and work
from home culture. Though virtual learning and online
meetings were available prior to the lockdowns, use of these
platforms have intensified. There is a lack of awareness among
many in the public concerning the perils of using these
platforms which makes them susceptible to cyber-crime
attacks phishing, sexual or verbal abuse, eve teasing etc.
Lockdowns have provided cyber criminals with new criminal
opportunities and evidence shows that there has been a
rampant increase in the number of cyber-crimes during this
period. Public lack of awareness has led to innocent people
falling prey in the hands of attackers. Since the pandemic and
ensuing lockdowns came as a surprise, public and private
authorities lacked the opportunity to make appropriate
arrangements for training people and making these platforms
secure. There is no question that if these platforms are made
secure, then they will prove to be as an asset to the society but
much work must be done to achieve the goal of complete cyber
security

No sector will remain untouched by artificial intelligence and Intellectual Property Rights too will not be an exception to the same. The impact of Artificial Intelligence in the field of Intellectual Property Rights will be two ways, on one hand Artificial Intelligence will prove to be an asset in the areas of patent and patent search tools, accurate and timely research, providing a mechanism to sort out inventions and ideas and provide with a mechanism to the innovator on the patents already existing similar to his idea and many other things but on the other hand the Artificial Intelligence might also prove to be a threat to innovation and creativity which is the heart and soul of Intellectual Property Rights.
