Tilt-Shift Photography Makes Lego Brick Rooms Look Like Full-Size Gallery Space
Sao Paolo, Brazil-based photographer Valentino Fialdini has built surreal rooms entirely out of LEGO. His latest collection carries photographs of these empty architectural spaces with colorful and all-white LEGO walls, floors and corridors. With some clever lighting and camera tricks too, Fialdini has captured these tiny spaces as vast and spacious.

Making of the 3D LEGO Chalk Drawing
Created for the Sarasota Chalk Festival in Florida, this amazing mashup of Legos and Terracotta warriors is magnificent in every sense of the word.
Founder and Director Peter Westerink told My Modern Met that it took a team of four artists - Leon Keer (design and art production), Peter Westerink (himself), Remko van Schaik, Ruben Poncia - five and a half days to complete it. "We started on Tuesday morning November 1st and finished on Sunday November 6th in the afternoon," Westerink says.

Star Wars Emperor's Arrival Scene In Lego
Using 400 LEGO minifigures and over 30,000 Lego pieces, designer Jay Hoff recreated the memorable arrival of the emperor scene from Star Wars for Science Discovery Day at Berkeley Preparatory School in Tampa. Everything picture above is made from LEGO, except for the starfield, which is hand-painted poster board.
The only concessions he had to make were mixing in Clone Troopers with the Stormtroopers to save some money on the budget. He also inserted Darth Maul and added the right wall in Photoshop for better viewing.
