Randex conserve intgralement la proprit intellectuelle de ses tudes, plans et documents. Ils ne peuvent tre communiqus des tiers, ni reproduits ou

FORMATION DU CONTRAT
Le contrat nest rput parfait qu la suite dune acceptation crite de la commande manant de Randex.
Toute commande verbale ou tlphonique devra tre
confirme par crit. Les commandes reues et acceptes ne peuvent tre ni compltement ni partiellement
annules ou modifies sans notre consentement crit.
GARANTIE
La garantie prend effet au moment de la mise disposition des marchandises. Sa dure ne saurait excder 12
mois. Elle garantit lacheteur de tout vice cach de
conception, de fabrication ou de matire. Toutefois elle
ne couvre que le remplacement ou la rparation en nos
ateliers des marchandises dfectueuses. Aucune indemnit de quelque nature ne pourra tre rclame.
RETOUR DE MARCHANDISE
Les retours de marchandise ne sont possibles quaprs
acceptation de notre part. Les frais de retour sont la
charge de lacheteur.
RESERVE DE PROPRIETE
Toutes les marchandises vendues par Randex restent sa

proprit jusqu laccomplissement de toutes les obligaNos prix exprims en Euro sentendent hors taxes, tions de lacheteur, en particulier jusquau paiement intunitaires et hors frais de transport. Randex se rserve gral du prix.
le droit de rviser ses prix sans avis pralable.
LITIGES
PRIX
CONDITIONS DE PAIEMENT
Pour toute contestation, et quelque soit le motif, les Tribunaux de Grenoble sont seuls comptents.
A dfaut de stipulations contraires, les paiements ont

lieu au domicile du vendeur, nets et sans escompte
30 jours date de facturation. Pour toute premire commande, un rglement par chque rception de facture proforma sera rclam. Minimum de commande
de 80 Euros . Toute rclamation sur une facture doit
intervenir dans les 10 jours suivant sa rception. En
cas de retard de paiement lacheteur sexpose, titre
de clause pnale, au paiement dune pnalit de 1,5
fois le taux dintrt lgal sur la partie du paiement
non effectu.
LIVRAISON
Les dlais de livraison sont donns titre indicatif et
ne constituent aucun engagement de notre part. Un
retard de livraison ne saurait entraner la rsiliation,
mme partielle, de la commande. La livraison a lieu
Ex-work pour toute commande infrieure 762
Euros pour la France.
TRANSPORT
En labsence de demande spciale crite manant de
lacheteur, la ncessit dun emballage reste la libre
apprciation du vendeur. Pour toute rclamation de
dtrioration lors du transport, lacheteur devra mettre une rclamation lors de la rception.
En cas de perte ou davarie lors du transport, le destinataire reste le seul responsable

Our prices are Ex-work in Euro. Randex can revise its
prices without notification.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
Without any notification from us, the payment is 30 days
from the invoices date. For new customers, the payment is before shipment by swift or cheque. Any complain about an invoice must be done in the 10 days following its receipt.
DELIVERY
Delivery time is only given as an indication. A delay of
delivery could not involve the cancellation, even partial,
of the order.
SHIPPING
All our goods are packed according to our estimation.
The buyer has to verify the goods at their arrival, and
the suppliers responsibility could not be involved in
case of deterioration or loss during shipment. In this
case, the buyer has to emit a complaint when receipting
the goods and should warn Randex.
GUARANTEE
The guarantee is valid 12 months from the disposal. It
guarantees the buyer from any defective material or
workmanship. However it covers only the replacement
or repair in our workshops of the defective goods.
No allowance could be clamed.
RETURN OF GOODS
The return of goods is only possible after our agreement
and the expenses of shipment remain at the buyers
charge.
RESERVE OF PROPERTY
All the goods sold by Randex remain its property until
the full payment of the price.
