Using chocolate in molds sometimes work but am more a fondant molder ☺️. Do you prefer using chocolate in your molds to make your decorations or are you team fondant?

In most custom orders I make I prefer to use fondant especially during hot or warmer months. Chocolate will work for me at times but I get a bit fustrated trying to remove them from the mold because sometimes they break. I think in cases where the mold is small it’s better to do chocolate. What are your thoughts?
