This is such a fun and festive appetizer for fall, and these individual versions are sure to be a hit. Ingredients 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed 4 tsp pumpkin butter, divided 4 whole pecans 4 mini brie cheese rounds Egg Flake salt 4 mini bell pepper stems Directions Preheat oven to 400°. Lay out puff pastry and cut into fourths, then spread pumpkin butter in the middle of each quarter and top with a pecan. Arrange a mini Brie on the pecan and fold the pastry around everything, cutting off excess. Use 3 pieces of kitchen twine to tie around the pastry, this will create the pumpkin shape (see my reel for a tutorial!).
