Here’s how to make your backdrop wall or table swag (to hang on the edge) Supplies: scissors, string, plastic table cloth, tape Directions: Using yours scissors cut your table cloth in 1/2 or 1/4th strips. The 1/2 or 1/4 depends on how long you want them to hang down. Next- Tie the string in between two chairs to hold it up. Then knot your cut table cloth pieces around the string.
