Here’s what you can do if you don’t have the time, energy and ability to recover from doing 8 exercises:

✨ Split it into two sessions:

1️⃣ Workout #1: Focus on 4 compound moves (2 pull, 2 push) + arm isolation (bicep curls & tricep pushdowns).

2️⃣ Workout #2: Later in the week, same compound moves but swap arm isolation for rear delts & shoulders.

If you are looking for a killer upper workout you can do with very little tools – this workout is for you! You can do this entire workout with a yellow and green Boydlastics band (for women & a green and red band for men) – or 2 sets of light to moderate dumbbells. This is a great circuit if you’re short on time and need a spark.. or if you’re looking for a challenge. This is it for you.

We are working arms, shoulders, back, chest and core..

For reference, I used 30lb dumbbells. 

✅ 5 curls
✅ 5 Arnold press
✅ 5 lateral raises
✅ 5 reverse flies
✅ 5 push ups
