#2: Sam Flipper, Dolphin Detective, Ambushed by the Turtellini Brothers (1/26/14)

This is painting number 2 in my “year of paintings.” This is a follow up to the digital painting I made way back: Dolphin Noir.

For this one I decided to reuse a panel that had an uncompleted work on it and immediately regretted it because there are textures and ridges and bumps that shine through. You can even see them in the scanned image. I really like the way the painting came out, though!
