I shot this when I used to make juice in a normal blender you can also make this in a juicer! Recipe: • 2 bunch Lal math/ Red Amaranth washed and drained • 2 tsp coconut oil • 1/2 tsp mustard seeds • 1/4 tsp cumin seeds • 1 sprig curry leaves • 10-12 garlic cloves pounded • 2 dried red chillies • 2-3 green chillies slit • 1 big onion chopped • 1/2 tsp salt (adjust to taste) • 1/2 cup fresh coconut grated • 1/2 tsp jaggery • - Wash and drain the Amaranth leaves and tender stems. • - In a kadai add oil. Once hot add Mustard, cumin, curry leaves and garlic cloves. • - Sauté for a minute and add red chilli, green chilli and chopped onion. • - Cook until onions turn pink. Add the amaranth leaves. Do not mix. • - Cover and cook over low heat for 5-7 minutes. • - Remove the lid and give it a good stir. To this add salt, grated coconut and jaggery. • - Mix and cook fo
