Lord Rare Rock on Instagram: "ICONIC - Jimmy Page playing the vast riff for “Whole Lotta Love” on his 1959 Gibson Les Paul Burst during the film It Might Get Loud. Jimmy and this guitar met sometime around 1969, while on tour in San Francisco. Page was previously playing a Fender Telecaster, which he customized with a psychedelic painting of a dragon done by himself. This guitar was his main tool for some years, and unfortunately, was starting to feel the brunt force of touring life. He needed something new, something that would keep up with the demanding touring schedule. In comes no other than Joe Walsh, of The Eagles.   While Led Zeppelin was in San Francisco, playing a show at the Fillmore, Joe Walsh flew out to the gig to let Jimmy give it a spin.
