Preschool Vibes on Instagram: "Discover how we help our preschoolers master writing their names by the end of the school year. Initially, students focus on tracing their first letter. As they gain confidence, we introduce the full name—beginning with tracing, then attempting to write independently. We practice these skills weekly upon arrival and also during dedicated small group sessions twice a month. To reinforce learning at home, we provide parents with a packet that includes a dry-erase pocket, dry-erase marker and name sheets with their child's first letter and full name. Personalized and consistent practice helps each student progress at their own pace!" Farah Ghazale on Instagram: "🎈FLOATING LETTERS

This has to be my favourite science experiment.
This time I wrote numbers, letters and even words. A fun twist to teaching letter and number recognition and reading consonant vowel consonant words.
Your child will be amazed. You have to try it!
Note: I used a new dry/erase marker. Permanent marker will not work.
.
.
Science behind it:
In a dry-erase marker the resin is an oily silicone polymer, which acts as a “release agent.” This makes the ink of the marker very slippery and prevents it from sticking to the whiteboard’s surface. This is why the ink can easily be wiped off from a very smooth nonporous surface such as a whiteboard or glass."
