(serves 1)
In a glass container or oven safe dish, add:
1/2 ripe banana, mashed
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 egg 
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 cup milk 
Mix until well combined

Then top oats with:
1/2 cup frozen blueberries, warmed in the microwave with a drizzle of maple syrup 
1 tablespoon greek yoghurt or vanilla greek yoghurt

Using a fork, mix the blueberries and yoghurt together as seen above

Bake in the oven for 25 minutes on 180 degrees celsius. Eat as is or drizzle with peanut butter 👌🏻

This recipe will make you a fan of cottage cheese! The creamy cottage cheese is blitzed up with oats, vanilla and egg to make a light sponge cake topping for our frozen berries. So delicious with a drizzle of honey! I don’t like too much sweetener but add as much as you like, Make the night before then pop in the airfryer for 10 minutes in the morning for a high protein breakfast that’ll keep you full till lunch 🤩 

Serves 2-3 

Preheat the oven to 180C. 
Place 100g porridge oats, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1/2 tsp baking powder, 2 heaped tbsp cottage cheese, 2 eggs in a high speed blender. Blitz till smooth.
