Such the research included the goal of supporting the previous study discussing domains of Acquired and Implement (AI) and Monitor and Evaluate (ME) by referring to more detailed outcomes of maturity levels of IT governance among IT process domains of Plan and Organize (PO) and Deliver and Support (DS) in order to create IT service performance. In addition to evaluation of levels of gaps, implications occurring to managerial aspects and a suggested IT governance model based on interrelationships of IT processes through COBIT 4.1 were provided. Findings indicate that averages of domains of PO and DS are consecutively 3.017 and 2.928. Besides, PO4, PO5, PO7, PO9, DS4, DS7, and DS10 possess the least values. On average, the third level is reached and expectations of companies are exceeded. A suggested IT governance model emphasizes management of changes through horizontally performed communication and other orientation instead of seniority of family status. Conducting synchronization and interoperability can perpetually improve IT service performance to ascertain online customer relationships.

Business strategy should be reinforced. Also, alternatives of competitive strategy should be formulated. In this study context, the scopes were on variables of strategic alignment, IT leadership, and culture. This study put its goal of cognizing to what extent influences of IT governance adoption could support and ensure IT operation services improving business performance of online stores in West Kalimantan. An explanatory survey method was applied to analysis units of organizations. The respondents were heads or managers with more than five-year experience. The survey was conducted through google form to 112 online stores. However, only 99 respondents submitted the filled forms. Data were processed through Likert Scales and SEM-PLS analysis. Based on analysis of the path diagram, the whole coefficients showed positive, direct influences. Nevertheless, based on t-statistics, there were some insignificant influences. Adjusted R-squared value was 0.740, meaning that business performance was immensely influenced by all perspective variables, especially strategic alignment regardless of IT governance adoption in online stores in West Kalimantan.

The study applied a convergent, triangulated combination method and an explanatory design through followup explanation. The population incorporated all private schools of informatics management and computing in Indonesia. Questionnaires were filled out by 112 respondents (heads, deputy heads, and structural staff members) out of a total of 133 respondents. Analysis was quantitatively through SEM-PLS and qualitatively through in-depth interviews and FGDs with 5 key informants. A finding shows that only several hypothesis tests have significant values despite constructs with positive relationships and influences. Another interesting finding is that IT innovation adoption and organizational culture are insignificant for improvement of E-service quality of respective schools when excluding IT governance effectiveness. Nonetheless, existence of IT innovation adoption and organizational culture remain a crucial, inseparable part of the model of this study.

A method combining convergent triangulation and an explanatory, follow-up design was implemented. The population engaged middle-up online stores that have marketed products online in five-year time in West Kalimantan. Questionnaires were completed by 99 out of 112 managers. Quantitative analysis was performed through SEMPLS. In-depth interviews and FGDs with 5 key informants, however, yielded data used for qualitative analysis. Results conclusively reveal that information system success model is insignificant for E-service quality despite direct, positive influences gained. In other words, the business success of online stores has no reliance on this type of model. The focus should be on IT governance reinforcing IT service management. The fact is supported by qualitative findings emphasizing that such the governance is eminently influenced by information system success model and it is requisite to actualize IT service management for progressed E-service quality.

There should be guarantee and integration of synchronization and interoperability of information services. Availability of information services can create risks of IT investment and hinder effectiveness of organizational performance. The aim of this research was to find out to what extent the use of applcation portfolios of IT services could support IT processes of Acquire and Implement (AI) and Monitor and Evaluate (ME) Domains. This survey research applied the combination method and a convergent triangulation model through a follow-up explanatory design. Quantitative analysis was performed after online questionnaires were filled out by respondents working at 65 credit unions. These respondents have used application portfolios of IT services in West Kalimantan, Indonesia. COBIT (Control Objectives for Information and Related Technology) 4.1 Framework was in use to measure maturity levels of IT governance. Maturity values of IT governance indicate that IT processes are at the scale interval of 2.51 to 3.50. So far, the use of application portfolios of IT services has been restricted to procedure standardization and documentation system. Also, the conduct has not involved appropriateness of obvious synchronization as well as consistency of procedures and IT service implementation.

The guarantee of reliable IT operation services in producing relevant, punctual, and accurate inf... more The guarantee of reliable IT operation services in producing relevant, punctual, and accurate information relies on IT maturity levels. It is noted that smoothness and appropriateness of IT operation services influence rework of dissemination of information. This research included 65 online stores in West Kalimantan as the sample. Questionnaires with groups of domains of IT processes and Likert scales were used to collect the data. Managers marketing the products through online stores became the respondents. The research aimed to cognize impacts of maturity levels of IT governance on needs of IT operation services. Results indicate that values of maturity levels that are less than 2.51 are dominated by PO Domain (PO1, PO2, PO3, PO4, PO8, and PO9), AI Domain (AI4 and AI5), DS Domain (DS4 and DS5), and ME Domain (ME4). The lowest value (2.421) is at PO3 (determining IT directions). Meanwhile, the highest one (2.975) is at DS6 (identifying and allocating costs). These values of maturity levels become important indicators of perspectives on IT operation services to map structures, processes, and relationships. Management of IT resources through interrelationships of applications, information, infrastructure, and human resources is inevitably necessary.

Both groups of direct users (i.e. EFL teachers and EFL students of Santu Petrus Junior High School) showed how their perceptions towards such textbook are. A revised, updated, and structured checklist questionnaire developed by Mukundan, Nimehchisalem, and Hajimohammadi (2011) was in use to collect the primary quantitative data. There are two main evaluative criteria: general attributes and learning-teaching content and five-point Likert scales used to show to what extent the participants agreed with the provided statements. The responses were manually input into the computer spreadsheet software, namely Microsoft Office Excel 2007 and processed to find out the percentages. The yielded quantitative outcomes reflect the fact that amicably, the direct users of the ELT textbook generally possess contentment as nearly all the evaluated elements of each category included in the ELT textbook are favourably acceptable. There is, however, only one of those (i.e. balanced speaking activities distributed in the ELT textbook) refuted by the EFL teachers, straightforwardly resulting in a clash of views. Despite this, the needs of both groups are, to such an extent, apparently fulfilled. Implications offered to the internal groups of the school and others adopting EFL teaching and learning in any educational institutions include sustainable use of the ELT textbook periodically controlled through evaluation until recent issues appear. The writers and the designers, however, should actualise balanced oral activities and preserve fine elements found in the ELT textbook.

On the other hand, AI4 Domain has the control objective input comprising PO10, AI1, AI2, AI3, AI7, and DS7 and the control objective output consisting of AI7, DS4, DS8, DS9, DS11, DS13, and DS7.
technology governance supports immensely influences the
performance and competitiveness of the companies. The value
of the maturity level of the information technology governance
is going to affect the simplicity and the smoothness of
punctually obtaining relevant and accurate information in the
process of managerial decision making. This research aims to
cognise the maturity level and provides recommendations of the
model of information technology governance, particularly the
electronic application system of procurement at DS (Deliver and
Support) Domain through the use of COBIT 4.1 Framework.
The result of this research reflects that the lowest value of
maturity level goes to DS4 (Ensure Continuous Service) Process,
i.e. 1.750. The information technology governance of DS4
possesses the connection between the control objective inputs
comprising PO2, PO9, AI2, AI4, and DS1, and the control
objective outputs consisting of PO9, DS1, DS8, DS9, DS11, and
ME1. To be more effective in reaching the third maturity level
(i.e. defined process) with the rounding index of 2.50, processes
linked to DS4 are required to build a relationship with the third
party as the information service provider with a fine quality, to
monitor the service delivery through verification, and to ensure
sustainable conformity and compliance.
female seventh graders of Santu Petrus Junior High School. Hence, in this paper, the writer presents how strong the
correlation between picture use in test format and vocabulary achievement of the seventh graders, and the students’
attitudes towards picture use in test format. Measurement results or scores obtained from the tests given in this study
were used in order to find the coefficient through Pearson product moment correlation. On the other hand, observations
were applied to know the students’ attitudes towards the assessment tool. The research resulted in a positive, very good
correlation (r = .84) between picture use in test format and vocabulary achievement of the students. Furthermore, the
study found that stimulating students’ vocabulary achievement through picture use in the test format is effective.
Behaviourally, the students showed their focus, confidence, and enjoyment while doing the test with picture format as
the test items were uncomplicated to understand.
