DNMT1
ظاهر
دیانای (سیتوزین-۵) متیلترانسفراز ۱ (انگلیسی: DNMT1) یک آنزیم است که در انسان توسط ژن «DNMT1» کُدگذاری میشود.[۴]
این آنزیم انتقال ریشهٔ متیل را به ساختارهای خاص CpG در مولکول دیانای تسهیل میکند.
اهمیت بالینی
[ویرایش]این آنزیم نقش حیاتی در حفظ و نگهداری سلولهای بنیادی خونساز ایفا میکند. اگر میزان این آنزیم در سلولهای بنیادی خونساز کم باشد، پس از انجام پیوند مغز استخوان، سلولهای خونساز قادر به دوبارهسازی خود نیستند.[۵]
