INFORMACIÓN IMPORTANTE
A partir del año en curso (2023) la sociedad DBI MEDICAL SOLUTIONS S.A.S pertenece al RÉGIMEN
SIMPLE DE TRIBUTACION, artículo 911 del Estatuto Tributario –ET–, razón por la cual la única retención
que se debe practicar es la retención del IVA equivalente al 15 %. Lo anterior de acuerdo con lo prescrito en
el artículo 437-2 numeral 9. Los valores retenidos indebidamente por concepto de retenciones en la fuente a
título del impuesto sobre la renta deberán ser reintegrados por el agente retenedor observando el
procedimiento establecido en el artículo 1.2.4.16 del presente decreto.

Opción 2 (con volumetría): incluye tres (3) transductores: 1. Endocavitario
(Ginecología, Obstetrícia, Urología), 2. Convex (Abdominal, Obstetrícia, Ginecología,
Urología, Vascular), 3. Convex Volumétrico ((Abdominal, Obstetrícia, Ginecología,
Urología, Vascular – Reconstrucción 3D/4D).

Condiciones de la oferta:
• Forma de pago: 100 % anticipado

• Plazo de entrega: a convenir
• Garantía: 12 meses, cubre mano de obra, soporte técnico, reparación o
reposición de las piezas y partes defectuosas.
• Capacitación: Se realizará una capacitación al momento de la instalación del
equipo, para ilustrar el manejo, beneficios y funciones de este.
• Mantenimientos: se brinda un (1) mantenimiento el primer año, incluido en la
compra del equipo.
• Precio en dólares estadounidenses. El precio total será liquidado de acuerdo con
la TRM oficial del mercado, correspondiente al día en que se realice el pago del
anticipo.
