🔸 2 lbs Pork Spare Ribs
🔸 2 stalk Green Onion, (chopped)
🔸 3 Tbsp Garlic (minced)
🔸 4 Tbsp Fish sauce
🔸 1⁄2 tsp Black pepper
🔸 2 Tbsp Sugar
🔸 1 can Coco Rico
🔸 2 Tbsp Neutral oil
🔸 1/8 tsp Salt (optional)
🔸 Thai chili peppers

𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:
1. Marinate the Pork Spare Ribs with the chopped Green Onion (white part only), 3 Tbsp Garlic, 1⁄2 tsp Black Pepper, and 3 Tbsp Fish sauce. Mix well. Cover with plastic wrap and let it marinate for at least 1 hour in the fridge or overnight for best results.

2. In a wok, add 2 Tbsp Neutral oil and sprinkle 2 Tbsp Sugar evenly on the oil. Let it caramelize to a brown color.
