The reason this is super simple is because there are only two layers but it still achieves the same objective. 

STEPS:
1. Marinate chicken in yogurt
2. Fry onions till golden brown, and set 1/3 aside
3. Add ginger garlic paste, tomatoes, biryani masala and marinated meat
4. Cook till oil comes to the top, add water if necessary, approximately 30 mins
5. In a separate pot parboil rice and drain
6. Add rice on top of curry and any leftover potatoes
7. Steam on low for 25-30 mins (dumm)
8. Garnish with coriander & fried onions
9. Enjoy!
