Minimal and visible, that’s my moto! Creating an adhd-friendly kitchen doesn’t have to be hard. As long as you have: 
1. A decluttered kitchen: this is the first thing you should do. 
2. Designated zones based on your personal kitchen needs: like a corner for your mini coffee/tea bar or a corner to store everyday cooking items. 
3. Open + clear storage: optional, as everyone’s ADHD is different.
You should have a kitchen that works FOR YOU in no time! 🏡🍽️☕️🤍
