The past few months have been very busy working with my amazing membership of fabulous makers, moving into my new garden studio (need to share more about that), launching my wildlife project plan for 2024 and posting Christmas kits. Phew!!! On the other side of the scale it’s been emotionally challenging being at the side of my dear friend through her health scare and surgery but feeling blessed by her all clear news! Polar Bear Tutorial Part 1 (making the wire frame)

This is the first needle felting tutorial I have ever made so please let me know if anything is unclear. During this first part I will show you how I made the wire frame for these polar bears. The large polar bear is the one that is being used as the example, but the baby was made in the same way.
